The project includes: -refurbishment of general building and site improvements, -demolition of two restrooms and construction of one new restroom, -structural modifications to the administration building, -construction of a new Japanese garden trellis, -removal and installation of fencing materials, -replacement of termite-infested sections of a trellis, -regrading/repaving of the existing parking lot, -replacement of a lighting standard in the main parking lot, -installation of new lighting standards at Upper Meadows and Children’s Garden, -installation of a new lighting standard for amphitheater and roadway to Upper Meadows, -installation of an ADA-compliant sidewalk from the Administrative building to the Children’s Garden/Upper Meadows, and -installation of new turf in three meadow areas. Installation of new chain link fencing along Rolling Hills Road (East property line) and the horse trail (South property line) to replace deteriorated fencing that is a safety and security hazard. (2007-2009) [2151]
