The project includes: -refurbishment of general building and site improvements, -demolition of two restrooms and construction of one new restroom, -structural modifications to the administration building, -construction of a new Japanese garden trellis, -removal and installation of fencing materials, -replacement of termite-infested sections of a trellis, -regrading/repaving of the existing parking lot, -replacement of a lighting standard in the main parking lot, -installation of new lighting standards at Upper Meadows and Children’s Garden, -installation of a new lighting standard for amphitheater and roadway to Upper Meadows, -installation of an ADA-compliant sidewalk from the Administrative building to the Children’s Garden/Upper Meadows, and -installation of new turf in three meadow areas.
