Proposition A
This Grants Administration Manual was made effective in 2019 as an update to the Regional Park and Open Space District’s Procedural Guide that was adopted in June 2009. This manual is designed to assist with the application for, and the administration of grant funds remaining in the Safe Neighborhood Parks Proposition of 1992 and in the Safe Neighborhood Parks Proposition of 1996, collectively referred to as Proposition A in this document.
Please note that this document has been updated to fix typographical errors in the M&S Expenditure Eligibility section regarding police and security patrols on 4/28/2021.
