DEADLINE: Payment Request Submissions for Fiscal Year 2020-2021

For the 2020-2021 cycle, executed payment requests and supporting documentation must be received by RPOSD, no later than Thursday, May 13, 2021 to ensure it is processed before the end of the fiscal year. Only complete and accurate requests will be processed. Payment requests received after May 13, 2021 may not complete processing in the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2021, and may need to be processed in the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year.

We have adjusted our operations to support public health guidelines due to COVID-19. During this time, payment processing times may take longer than 30 days.

Please note that while we continue to work, our office is closed to the public. For Proposition A grants, it is preferred that payment requests be submitted through GMS, however requests that are signed, scanned, and submitted via email, are acceptable this fiscal year. Measure A requests must be submitted through GMS.
