ReIGNITE Hope No One Jobless
The No One Jobless program provides training via a mobile training center to young adults and veterans on the margins of society with marketable job skills, life skills, and welding certification that change lives and restore hope. This training prepares participants for employment with a unique skill set and focuses on developing the essential skills required to meet the demands of today’s workforce.
ReIGNITE Hope exceeded its first-year program goals by successfully recruiting 102 participants for welding training and certification. By the end of the program, an impressive 97% earned their Welding Certifications. Many trainees, including at-risk individuals, transformed their lives through this opportunity, securing jobs that allow them to support themselves and their families.
