On May 21, 2026, the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (RPOSD) launched GovGrants, the new grants management system for Measure A and Proposition A funding. GovGrants gives applicants and grantees a clearer, faster way to apply for grants, request reimbursement, submit reports, track status in real time, and manage projects from application through closeout. The platform replaces the previous WebGrants system and is part of RPOSD’s broader effort to modernize how it administers park and open space grants across Los Angeles County.
