Improvements to the playground, including:  construction of a shade arbor and walk;  construction of a wrought iron fence;  relocation of a drinking fountain; installation of four new benches; construction of a concrete seat-wall at the play equipment area; modification of existing play area for compliance with ADA guidelines; and, construction and installation of two picnic tables.
