Culver City Senior Center

Construction of a new 27,000 sq. ft. fully-accessible Senior Center increasing capacity by 15,300 sq. ft. over the current center. This more than doubled the senior activity areas and quadrupled the restroom capacity. The project also included enlarging the kitchen, addition of a storage room, additional offices, landscaping and site improvements, ninety (90) on-site parking spaces and eighty-one (81) shared off-site parking spaces directly across the street from the project.
