Belvedere Park

This project is being completed in multiple phases and includes the following:

Restroom and gymnasium improvements including design services, contract construction and repairs.

Irrigation renovations, ADA access improvements, ballfield grading and drainage, gymnasium restroom refurbishment, new picnic shelters, concrete walkway repairs, new handball courts, and parking lot repavement.

General improvements including a new concession building, new tubular steel fencing, an ADA accessible walkway, lighting improvements at the parking lot, an 8 foot high masonry wall, an 18 inch high retaining wall, drinking fountains, new hand dryers in the restrooms, expansion of ADA parking stalls and soccer field lighting.

Removal of the existing wooden gym floor and replacement with a polyurethane synthetic system.

Demolition of the existing 5,377 square-foot pool building and a 12,130 square-foot competition pool; construction of a new pool building approximately 9,939 square-feet with restrooms, changing rooms, staff offices, storage and utility rooms, and an attached pool mechanical room approximately 1,652 square-feet; an outdoor Olympic size swimming pool approximately 12,743 square-feet; a shallow recreation swimming pool approximately 5,092 square-feet with combined splash pad; and associated site improvements, including parking, walkways, fencing, landscaping, and underground utilities.

Rehabilitation of existing baseball fields to include new turf, irrigation, fencing, backstop, dugout roofs, scoreboard, signage, and related improvements.
