Payment Requests will not be accepted during the June 15 – July 15 blackout period. Any payment requests received during the blackout period will be returned to sender via ‘Negotiation’ in the GMS for submission after July 15. Acceptance of Payment Request will resume starting the first business day following the period.
Please note: The Blackout Period does not affect an agency’s allocations. Funds do not expire at the end of the Fiscal Year.
