Payment Request Submission Blackout Period
June 15 - July 15
Payment requests from grantees will not be accepted during the June 15th – July 15th fiscal blackout period. Any requests received during the blackout period will be returned to sender, or via ‘Negotiation’ in the GMS, for submission after July 15, 2021. Payment processing will resume starting July 16th.
